Recovery & Mobility

In addition to my one on one training I also offer sessions specifically geared towards recovery. We beat our muscles up when we train, when we sit all day working or when we build gyms! 😜 So it’s only right to love them just as much as they allow us to do the things we love and want or need to do!

You’ll learn techniques on Stick Mobility and how to achieve both strength and flexibility with a variation of knowledge from both my own training experiences and what Stick Mobility teaches. We’ll focus on breathing and lengthening your tight areas meanwhile dynamically challenging your weak areas to help you strengthen so you can perform your best when we exercise.

I don’t only use a mat, but I incorporate resistant bands, stability and med balls, stick mobility, yoga blocks and slings and suspension straps. I offer modifications for all techniques and stretches if we cannot achieve a certain safe form.
