Personal Training

I focus more closely on your goals with each exercise and your workout is customized and created just for you. Personal training sessions are an hour long where I teach you how to properly warm up before our first working set and then I lead you into cool down and lengthen those muscles towards the end of the hour. I talk knowledge and express details and tips while we train as well as correct or modify your form or exercise if you can’t quite achieve the what I have demonstrated. I have been known to make the impossible, possible.
